"I only started going to Kettlebell Training to encourage my partner to do some exercise, and now I'm totally hooked! "I was already involved in a heavy training schedule for running when I started the 6-week course with Optimal Life Fitness. Despite taking a couple of weeks to get used to the sessions amongst my running commitments, I quickly noticed the muscle development in my things and hamstrings. My strength during the course quickly grew and now I have fininshed the 6-week course I am noticing the benefits of this added strength in my races and training.
I particulary appreciated the small-size groups and the attention to detail provided by the instructor. They quickly develop a group ethos along the lines of 'what you put into it you get out of it" which I noticed seemed to benefit everyone in the group - a variety of ages and fitness levels - and not just me. I hope to fit another programme in again in the future.
